CASE STUDY
New York Works is a group of architects and artists who have created a collection of objects and furniture inspired by the city of New York. To publicize and sell their products they approached ImageLeap and we created a CD-Rom that fulfills several functions:
- it is a visual catalogue comprised of photographs, drawings, measurements, materials and details about each piece in the collection; an introductory text describes the design philosophy and profiles each member of the team;
- it functions as a presentation tool for trade fairs and in-showroom display
- it has a visual order screen where items are chosen by their image, details and quantities entered and costs calculated automatically, including tax and shipping charges;
- orders are printed with color pictures for an elegant and effective visual reminder. Orders are tracked and stored in a connected database along with client addresses and transaction data.
