SCANNING-ENHANCING-STORAGE
Images are scanned using state-of-the-art equipment. Each image is analyzed for quality and accuracy, retouched as needed to remove the effects of mishandling, use and time. IMAGE USE
Digitized and corrected images are inserted into the database where they are linked to pertinent information. Different resolutions are made available for different applications, from high quality in-house printing and publication, to on-screen display and web distribution.
GRAPHICS
We work with our clients to incorporate their existing graphic identity, colors and logos into their digital portfolios. We have experienced graphic designers, communications and marketing specialists on staff to help you develop a graphic identity and communications strategy if you need one.
THE PRODUCTS:
- client-side program
After a thorough analysis of information categories, organizational and communication needs of the client, ImageLeap develops a series of interconnected databases that contain all needed information and images. All this data is accessed and managed on the client-side through a series of powerful yet easy-to-use screens. Updates are easy and can be protected by password for extra security. Images always reside on a CD-Rom disk so that limited hard-disk resources are used by the portfolio program and images appear quickly on screen.
- cd-roms for distribution
We reconfigure the information developed in the client-side program to create elegant, effective screen interfaces and combine to create a cost-effective and rich communication tool for distribution. Images and information are only a few clicks away. Our CD-Roms are prepared with a bound-in program: the user of the portfolio disk will never need to purchase or download special software. Our portfolios are also cross-platform and perform equally well on PC and Macintosh.
- presentations and slide shows
Special database engines, scripts and screens can be developed to use the data and images into presentations to be viewed on a computer monitor or projector for client meetings, lectures, slide shows and in-house training loops. Our clients have given up clumsy carousels loaded with hundreds of slides, large and cumbersome presentation boards, slippery overhead transparency sheets and now arrive to their presentations simply with a CD-Rom and a laptop computer (where needed)
The PRINT ENGINE
A powerful print engine and fully customized print layouts/templates allow our clients to create information sheets, presentation boards, portfolios, brochures, booklets, and full catalogues of their work. Presentation materials are prepared easily and inexpensively for each specific inquiry or client, avoiding up-front costs and traditional printed materials that become obsolete the minute they roll off the presses.
SECURITY & STORAGE
Passwords restricting entry to all or parts of the program can be inserted as needed to limit access to certain categories of information and to prevent accidental changes by uninformed users.
